At Sharp Collective, we’re building a team of licensed therapists who want to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. We handle the credentialing, billing, scheduling, and patient intake so you can simply show up, be present, and do meaningful work without the administrative drain.
After working in many practices, I’ve seen how often clinicians give extraordinary care to their clients while not receiving that same level of care themselves. Sharp Collective was created to change that. We do things a bit differently here — we’re professional and on top of our game, but we’re also sarcastic, human, and we like to have fun. Work should feel supportive, transparent, and fair. We want clinicians to feel taken care of, heard, and genuinely valued, not just expected to push through burnout.
